Yoga Booty Ballet Complete Workout System

Posted By krampalicious on Nov 8, 2007 at 8:55AM

Yes, I totally fell prey to the infomercials, and these are really fun workouts that definitely get your heart rate up and work the booty. Just buy them from Target and not the website. Total Toning Basics was way too easy for me, so Advanced Fat Burning is where it's at. 25 minutes of fun cardo, 20 minutes of intense ballet/toning moves, and 15 minutes of nice, deep yoga stretching and relaxation. The Live DVDs are also good, fun workouts in 30 minutes with extra toning at the end. Gillian's botoxed face is more than a little terrifying, however.

Double Dry Seamless Full Support Underwire Sports Bra by Champion

Posted By Fitness on Oct 31, 2007 at 6:46AM

This is the best sports bra I've ever owned. The underwire design is completely supportive and very comfortable, and it's made of fabric that wicks away moisture. I love that it has clasps in the back, so after a run, you don't have to wrestle with pulling a sweaty sports bra over your head. The shoulder straps are adjustable, which helps this bra give you the perfect fit. Plus there are no seams to cause irritation or chafing, and the full support really does keep your boobs in place. Comes in white or black. $39.99.

Patagonia Women's Wool 2 Zip-Neck

Posted By Fitness on Oct 31, 2007 at 6:15AM

This is an awesome layer made from merino wool. It's soft enough to wear next to your skin, and wicks away moisture to keep you dry. I usually wear mine over my sports bra and tank top. I love the zipper at the top that covers your neck if you're chilly, and can also be opened to cool you down. It's thin enough to let you move freely and can also be worn under another layer for added warmth. Comes in Poppy Fields (shown), Mushroom Brown, Black, Balsamic, and Tinted Ice. $88.
