The Pilates instructor in me knows that we can all use a little help remembering to keep our abs engaged. I was intrigued by the technology behind the new Perfect Core Racerback ($64) by Lucy, so I asked them to send me one to test out.
First off, I know that $64 is a bit steep for a workout shirt.

Leonardo DiCaprio suited up and sat down with Parade for an interview that coincides with Shutter Island's release on Friday. He was just in Berlin promoting the movie with Michelle Williams, but he had time to celebrate Valentine's Day with Bar Refaeli. He and Bar are definitely on-again but apparently not engaged, though you guys wouldn't mind if they tied the knot.

Last night the V&A's beautiful Raphael gallery played host to the 2010 London College of Fashion MA show. 19 young graduates presented two years of hard work with their individual designs. There was a bit of celebrity support for the show including Jo Wood, Jodie Harsh (with amazing candy floss hair), Paloma Faith and Amber Le Bon who told me it was "exciting to see what we can expect in the next few years from British fashion".

I have three girls, and the second I had my first daughter, people started asking me when I was going to have my boy.

Oscar and Golden Globe-winning actress, producer, and vocalist are just a few things Nicole Kidman can rattle off from her long list of accomplishments. But the role the gorgeous red head relishes most is being a mother and wife in her new hometown of Nashville. As country crooner Keith Urban's partner, she is happy to sit back for a bit and let the spotlight shine brightly on him while she spends the majority of her time raising their young daughter, Sunday.

Artist, sculptor, and furniture maker Alma Allen, who I've featured in a designer spotlight post, has partnered with the Mojave Desert Land Trust to celebrate art and conservation. Allen has created two bronze sculptures in editions of 50, each exclusively for the Mojave Desert Land Trust. The sculptures, a tortoise and a rabbit, are two of the animals that depend on this land for their survival.

Highlights
Treatment for Ingrown Toenail:
- Orthonyxia, a surgical technique that implants a small metal brace into the top of the nail, was as effective as traditional surgical techniques for preventing ingrown toenail from recurring, according to one study.
- A nonsurgical method for treating ingrown toenail with chemicals uses either sodium hydroxide or phenol, but one study shows that sodium hydroxide procedures have a better outcome and faster recovery than phenol procedures.
Treatment for Forefoot Pain:
- Ultrasound-guided injection of alcohol might provide relief from Morton's neuroma, according to one study. Symptoms improved in 94% of patients who had the treatment, a success rate comparable to that of surgery.
Treatment for Heel Pain:
- NSAIDs reduce pain and disability in people with plantar fasciitis when used with other techniques, such as night splints and stretching.
- Studies show that extracorporeal shockwave therapy provides a very small reduction in heel pain without side effects. It may be a good option for patients who haven't responded well to conservative treatment.
Work-related Foot Problems:
- An estimated 120,000 job-related foot injuries occur every year, about a third of them involving the toes.

If you're a fan of workout clothes made from eco-friendly fabric such as bamboo, then you're going to love Fila's new green apparel. The brand just announced its collaboration with AmericanForests.org, and with it comes a line of stylish clothes made from sustainable materials, including Tencel and recycled polyester.
I'm a fan of the Twist Back Tank ($45) made from Tencel, a fabric derived from natural cellulose found in wood pulp.
